Remember this: McCain
Yahoo! News - Bush, Kerry Seek Edge From bin Laden Tape
Wrapping up a campaign shadowed by war and terrorism, President Bush and Democratic Sen. John Kerry unabashedly sought political advantage Saturday from Osama bin Laden's re-emergence."It's very helpful to the president," contended Bush ally Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., although the president didn't mention the menacing new message from bin Laden at his first campaign stops on a four-state, 14-hour swing.
Like Giuliani's "blame it on the troops" statement, this ranks as yet another despicable and pathetic assertion from the GOP.
Our armed forces are dying trying to capture "terrorists". And, to hear a "hero" like John McCain say something as rabidly disgusting as "it's very helpful to the president" when bin Laden comes across the screen, clearly alive (and making videos), well... it's awful. Simply awful.
Remember this;
When John McCain wants to run for President in 2008, he turned a terror message from a mass murderer to the American people in to something that is "good for the president".
McCain feels "it's helpful" that bin Laden is alive and terrorizing America.

About 6 months ago I said that I would have voted for McCain if he were running against Kerry.
I'll never vote for him now.
